I’ve spotted some interesting stuff around the web in the past couple days that I want to pass along.
The first is from Sola Sisters on the subject of finding God’s will for your life. Christine Pack writes, “Have you ever heard or even believed yourself that there was a ‘perfect will for your life’ that you somehow had to find? I believed this, as a new Christian. I was surrounded by dear and well-meaning Christians who talked a lot about ‘finding God’s perfect will for your life,’ and I became very confused about what this meant.” Pack has a number of useful links if you are in the same boat she was in.
The second is today’s podcast from Stand Up for the Truth. I’m in the middle of listening to today’s very important topic: Using discernment properly.
The third: Acidri shares a few thoughts he’s had reading the book Christless Christianity: The Alternative Gospel of the American Church. Be sure to check out his post “I hope you don’t preach that …” at Twisted Crown of Thorns.
Lastly, I saw this video for the first time this weekend: Life in 6 Words.
