Julia is a professional writer and editor in the Washington, D.C. area where she has lived and worked since 2005. She launched Steak and a Bible in 2012 and runs it in her spare time out of a desire to grow in her Christian faith, connect with other Christians and to warn people of dangerous trends and ideas permeating today’s Christian churches, bookstores and magazines.
She is also an avid swing dancer, a dance instructor, an amateur photographer, and a baker of delicious and wonderful treats. Her favorite food is steak, obviously.
